Do I own the design after the project is complete?

Ownership terms are defined in our development agreement. Typically, designs developed exclusively for a client are owned by the client. Stock designs remain TerraFasercat's IP, with usage rights granted to clients.

Where is your factory located?

Our main manufacturing facility is located in Qingdao, China, with 8,000+ square meters of production space. We have dedicated lines for sisal weaving, woodworking, upholstery, and final assembly.

How many products do you produce annually?

We produce 500,000+ units of cat furniture annually, serving 200+ B2B clients across 30 countries. Our production capacity scales to 1M units with extended shifts and additional lines.

What is your quality control process?

We follow a 4-stage QC process:
(1) Incoming material inspection,
(2) In-process quality checks at each production stage,
(3) Pre-shipment random inspection (AQL 2.5/4.0),
(4) Customer-witnessed inspection (optional). Defect rate is consistently below 0.5%.

Do you allow factory audits or visits?

Yes, we welcome B2B clients to visit our Qingdao office or production facility. We can arrange airport transfers, hotel bookings, and a 1–2 day factory tour. International clients may also opt for a virtual factory tour via video call.
