Sisal is a durable material that gives cats a suitable surface for scratching. Terrafaser offers 100% sisal and 70% sisal / 30% polypropylene scratching-material options, depending on customer requirements. Replaceable sleeves are available for selected designs.
TerraFasercat sisal scratching posts are built to be used long-term. The posts are wrapped in premium natural sisal fiber and mounted on solid FSC-certified wood cores. We also offer replaceable sisal sleeves, so the post can be kept in service for extended use by swapping the worn wrap. Durability has been validated under repeated daily use.
Yes. We use eco-friendly, OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT-certified inks to customize the color of the sisal rope.
Yes. Our scratching posts can be specified for different cat sizes and weights — including heavier or larger breeds — by adjusting the base weight, post diameter, sisal thickness, and overall height. Multi-cat households can also be addressed with multi-post configurations or anti-tipping reinforcements. Tell us the target cat size range and we will tailor the specification accordingly.
