Do cat beds help with anxiety?

Yes. Enclosed or semi-enclosed cat beds provide a sense of security that can reduce anxiety. Our cave-style beds are specifically designed for anxious cats, with high sides and small entry points that mimic natural den environments.

What is the difference between a cat bed and a cat nest?

A cat bed is an open, flat sleeping surface — a cushion or pad with at most a low edge, sized for a cat to stretch out fully. A cat nest has raised sides that wrap around the cat on several sides, keeping it partially enclosed so body heat is retained. Beds suit warm rooms and sprawling sleepers; nests suit cool rooms and cats that curl up.
