    What is included in the product package?

    Each product includes the assembled unit, installation hardware (where applicable), and a care instruction card. Cushions, toys, and accessories are pre-installed. Replacement parts can be ordered separately using the SKU number.

    What if my product arrives damaged?

    If a product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible; our quality team will review each case to prevent such issues from recurring.

    How do I assemble this product?

    Most products arrive 90% pre-assembled. Final assembly takes 5-15 minutes with included tools. Each product includes a printed instruction sheet and a QR code linking to a step-by-step video guide.

    Is this product safe for kittens?

    Our products can be tailored to suit cats of various sizes and ages, including kittens. We can adjust material softness, height, base stability, and structural details to meet the specific needs of different age groups.     How many design revisions are included?

    Standard OEM packages include 2-3 rounds of design revisions. We always confirm a final design in writing before production begins.
